When can I start?
Anytime. Registration is open year-round, and you can complete the program at your own pace.
Is there homework?
No required homework, though you’ll get more value if you apply the suggestions in your daily interactions.
Is there a test?
Yes, you’ll answer short quiz questions and must achieve a minimum score of 70% to earn certification.
Can I rewatch the sessions?
Yes. You can return to any module as many times as you like within your one-year license period.
What happens after one year?
Your certification is valid for 12 months. You can renew it by taking a 15-minute refresher micro-course with updated laws, terminology, and best practices. The refresher costs $49 per learner and issues an updated certificate and badge year. Organizations can renew their license annually to keep content access and badge status active.
Can my entire staff participate?
Absolutely. Each staff member should register individually to receive their own certificate and tracking.
What if some staff don’t have email accounts?
We can create alias or unique user IDs for them. Contact us for enterprise deployment options.
Can we earn a company-wide certificate?
Yes. Organizations with 51% or more staff completion receive the Certified Inclusive Workplace™ badge for one year. Annual renewal keeps your badge and license current.
