5 Things / if not now
This week was my first week giving an in-person keynote in 18 months and it felt amazing to be back on stage. My 10 year old son Patrick came to watch me speak for the first time. He put down his Nintendo Switch and gave me his full attention. He even handed me some post-it notes with thoughtful questions on them after I finished. It was a proud mom moment, and for him, a proud son moment, and definitely my favorite part of the week.

5 Things / setting standards
My new book, Inclusive 360, is now available for pre-orders and will be released on September 21! I'm very excited.

5 Things / patience with process
This week I found myself continually frustrated by things I couldn't control. To be honest, I'm not very patient with "process" - but of course the reality of bringing something new into the world (in this case, my book Inclusive 360), requires an awful lot of process.
5 Things / Olympic edition
Have you been watching the Olympics? I love them - the competition, sure, but especially the stories of resilience and courage. I always find inspiration.
