an animated gif with the words "embark on your DEI path, get your custom DEI roadmap specific to your own organzation. Includes images of three computer screens with graphs and app content.

With 20%+ of Gen Z identifying as LGBTQ+ and an increasing number of folks coming out as transgender, it’s time to set your organization up for success.

Our proprietary Inclusive 360 process will review your organization’s policies, procedures, programs, and partnerships for LGBTQ+ inclusion.

We’ll combine focus groups, interviews, and use our custom-built DEI analysis app to look for gaps in LGBTQ+ and specifically trans inclusion within your organization.

Next, we’ll deliver and present a custom roadmap with short-term and long-term recommendations on how to create an equitable and inclusive environment for trans employees and customers.

Combine this with our Blurred Lines workshop and LGBTQ+ eLearning for a comprehensive transgender inclusion strategy.

Our process:

  • Exceeds the standards set by the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index (HRC CEI) to achieve a perfect 100% score

  • Considers both the employee and the customer/client/guest/member experience

  • Provides templates for transition policy guidelines, pronoun guidance, Self-ID collection, and more

  • Is practical, with concrete, useful action items

  • Is always tailored for your organization
